Our Answer: Yes all of our employ are full time employees.

Our Answer: Our team has knowledge in everything from server technologies, many software applications, web technologies, desktop / client technologies, database technologies, network technologies, and much more.

3. Can you tour their facility?

Our Answer: We love to have visitors. Come to our modern, comfortable office environment to see where " your technology department" calls home base. With vibrant colors and modern furniture and art, our offices are unique to the industry.

4. What are there support hours? Are they 9 - 5, 5 days per week?

Our Answer: We offer support 24/7/365 to our SLA ( Service Level Agreement ) clients. All of our clients can access us Monday - Friday 9AM - 9PM EST Saturday from 10AM - 7PM.

5. Do they have participate in ongoing training?

Our Answer: We attend various training classes through Microsoft and other vendors and resources through out the year.

6. Do they offer Service Level Agreements?

Our Answer: We currently have 5 Service Level Agreements available. Contact us to learn more about them.
