Answer: We offer support 24/7/365 to our SLA ( Service
Level Agreement ) clients. All of our clients can access us Monday
- Friday 9AM - 9PM EST Saturday from 10AM - 7PM.

Do they have participate in ongoing training?
Our
Answer: We attend various training classes through Microsoft
and other vendors and resources through out the year.
